There is hereby created a medical control board to be appointed by the county council upon recommendation of the president of the county medical society. The board shall consist of 9 members as follows:
(1) Two emergency room physicians.
(2) One cardiologist.
(3) One general surgeon.
(4) One orthopedic surgeon.
(5) One neurosurgeon.
(6) One pediatrician.
(7) One family practitioner or internal medicine specialist.
(8) One obstetrics-gynecologist specialist.
