§ 2-21 COUNTY COUNCIL ELECTION DISTRICTS.
   Beginning with the general election of 1982, 1 member of the County Council shall be elected from each of the single member districts numbered 17 through 28 inclusive as set forth and defined in the Act 245 of the 1981 Acts and Joint Resolutions of the South Carolina General Assembly.
