§ 2-7 PERFORMANCE OF MARRIAGE CEREMONIES.
   Except as provided in § 7-1(14) of this Code, any employee or official of Greenville County or any employee of an elected official of the county who performs a marriage ceremony during working hours or on county property is prohibited from accepting any gratuity or fee.
