A minimum of seventy-two hours' notice is required between the date written notices are provided to encampment occupants and the beginning of the abatement process. For unauthorized encampments that have been determined to be an immediate threat to the health or safety of the public, a minimum of forty-eight hours' notice is required between the date the written notices are provided to encampment occupants and the beginning of the abatement process.
