250.07   WASTEWATER TREATMENT DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL.
   The Wastewater Treatment Department personnel shall consist of not more than the following:
   (a)   One Wastewater Superintendent.
   (b)   One Chief Operator.
   (c)   Three Operators.
