235.01   POSITION ESTABLISHED.
   (a)   The position of Clerk of Council, per Ohio R.C. 705.10, is hereby established.
   (b)   The Clerk of Council shall be appointed by and responsible to the Legislative Authority of the city.
   (c)   The Clerk of Council shall be compensated at an annual rate as set by Ordinance from time to time.
