234.15 AUTHORITY RE EARNED INCOME TAX RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Auditor shall be vested with the power and authority to promulgate, revise and repeal rules with respect to the administration and enforcement of the City's earned income tax, which rules shall be filed with the Clerk of Council and made available for public inspection at the offices of the Auditor.
