230.02 COMPOSITION OF MAYOR’S OFFICE.
   The Mayor’s office personnel shall consist of not more than the following:
   (a)   One Executive Secretary.
   (b)   One Maintenance Custodian.
   (c)   One Director of Public Safety/Service.
