(a) The fee to be charged to and paid by the property owner to tap into the sanitary sewerage system of the City shall be based upon the size of the water tap to the property served and shall be according to the following schedule:

(b) Sewer tap fee shall be based off water connection size at water main or fire connection to main.
(c) The fee in subsection (a) hereof is for one residential or commercial unit. If more than one unit is to be served by the tap-in, a charge of nine hundred dollars ($900.00) shall be added for each individual unit to be served.
