1030.23 STREET PLAN FOR NEW DEVELOPMENT.

Any new street developed in a subdivision by a private developer and dedicated to the City shall have a street tree plan approved by the Tree Commission and a bond posted, the amount determined by the City Engineer. This requirement would be added to the list of subdivision regulations.
