Greenville's storm water management program (SWMP) covers the area within the City corporation limit, as it may from time to time change due to annexations, etc. Annual reports will be submitted in accordance with permit requirements. The report will include the status of compliance with the permit conditions, an assessment of the appropriateness of the BMPs (best management practices) and progress towards achieving the measurable goals for each of the six minimum control measures. The report will be a summary of the activities to be undertaken during the next reporting cycle, including an implementation schedule. The report will also include any changes to BMPs or measurable goals and results of information collected and analyzed, if any, during the reporting period. The report will also contain proposed changes to our SWMP, including changes to any BMPs or any identified measurable goals that apply to the program elements. The report will include notice of where we are relying on another entity to satisfy some of our permit obligations, if applicable.
