The City of Greenville, Ohio (Darke County) is required to submit a storm water management program (SWMP) in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Part 122.32 and Ohio law. This document contains that program, which will be executed during the five years of coverage under Ohio's general permit. The goals of our program are to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate requirements of the Clean Water Act in accordance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System and Ohio EPA's Phase II Storm Water program. The SWMP addresses the six minimum control measures as required by Federal and State regulations. The Notice of Intent (NOI) and SWMP will be submitted on January 19, 2007.
