(a) The Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee (EJCDC) shall hereafter be the standard for the construction of public improvements in the City.
(b) The Safety/Service Director is hereby directed to advise and make any necessary changes in such Guidelines as may be required from time to time. Any and all revisions and changes shall be stated on a sheet in the front of the Guidelines, such sheet to be titled: “Exceptions and Revisions to the Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee.”
