1445.11 INCENTIVES; ELIGIBILITY OF COMPANIES THAT APPLIED PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1996.

Any company that applied for a building permit prior to September 30, 1996, shall be eligible for Community Reinvestment Area incentives under pre-Senate Bill 19 regulations.
