1445.02 ESTABLISHMENT; BOUNDARIES; ELIGIBILITY.

   (a)   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3735.66, the City of Greenville Downtown Community Reinvestment Area is hereby established in the following areas:

      Water Street, between Sycamore Street and Walnut Street;

      Sycamore Street, between West Water Street and Devor Street;

      Devor Street, between Wayne Avenue and the alley which runs in a northerly direction between Gray Avenue and Hamilton Street;

      Martin Street, from its intersection with the alley which runs in a northerly direction between Gray Avenue and Hamilton Street to its intersection with Walnut Street; and

      Walnut Street, between its intersection with Martin Street and East Water Street.

   (b)   The Community Reinvestment Area is approximately depicted as the cross-hatched area on the map set forth below:

   (c)   Only residential, commercial and/or industrial properties consistent with the applicable zoning regulations within the designated Community Reinvestment Area will be eligible for exemptions under this chapter.
