Any bulk station, plant or filling station erected contrary to the provisions of this chapter shall, after thirty days notice to the owner or person in charge to remove the same, be removed by the Director of Public Service and the expense of such removal shall be charged to and collected from the owner thereof. Such remedy shall be in addition to the penalty provided in Section 1444.99.
