In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Building Code of Darke County, Ohio, as adopted in Section 1438.01, and a provision of any other standard technical code adopted by the City, or a provision of State law, the stricter standard shall control. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of such Code and a City ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the City ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation shall control.
