No person shall, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., make use of any of the park areas of the City for any purpose other than use of the public thoroughfares therein for the purpose of vehicular travel. The afore-referenced park hours may be extended through permission granted by the Greenville Park Superintendent, but in no event shall the use of the park areas of the City of Greenville, Ohio, extend beyond 12:00 midnight.
