(a) Definition. As used in this section "alcoholic beverage" means any beverage containing one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by weight.
(b) Possession, Sale or Consumption. No person shall use, possess, sell or consume any alcoholic beverage in any of the park areas.
(c) This section shall not apply to any parks located within a designated outdoor refreshment area (DORA) that has been established by the City. The rules and regulations of the DORA shall apply to any park located within a DORA regarding the possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
