It is the intent and purpose of this chapter to provide a comprehensive guideline for the sanitary disposal of solid waste, thereby preserving the health and safety of the residents of the City. In this regard, reference is made to the City's document, “Collection, Transportation and Delivery of Residential Waste - Specifications and Bid Documents”, as amended from time to time. in connection with the construction and use of this chapter.
