Storm water only accounts are properties that do not contain water and/or sanitary sewer, but do contain impervious area or hard surface. New and additional storm water only accounts will be determined by building and zoning departments and building permit system. The City Building Code Department will make available all building permits for new construction to the Director of Public Service or his or her designee.
