Whoever shall violate or fail to abide by any provision or part of Section 4.01 of the Greenville Zoning Ordinance or this Chapter 1034 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more that one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed for each day, or part thereof, during which a violation or noncompliance with Section 4.01 or this Chapter 1034 is found to occur.
