(a) Rolled-type curbs of the type designated as "Type A" and "Type E" on Drawing 300-15 of the Greenville City Standards, a copy of which follows this section as Figure 1, are hereby prohibited for incorporation into all areas constructed after the effective date of this section.
(b) Existing rolled-type curbs that are currently in place shall be permitted to be lowered as adopted for "straight-type" or "chair-back-type" curbs in accordance with Drawing 300-16 of the Greenville City Standards, a copy of which follows this section as Figure 2, except where there is a real potential water problem which will be caused or increased by such lowering.
