1030.10   DISTANCE FROM STREET CORNERS AND FIRE HYDRANTS.
   Except in special plantings designed or approved by the Tree Commission, no street tree shall be planted closer than 25 feet of any street corner, measured from the point of nearest intersecting curbs or curblines. No street tree shall be planted closer than ten feet to any fire hydrant. No street tree shall be planted closer than 25 feet to any public street intersection as to cause an obstruction to vision of any street sign or approaching traffic.
