The spacing of the street trees shall be in accordance with the three species size classes referred to in Section 1030.02 of this chapter, and no trees may be planted closer together than the following: small trees - 15 feet; medium trees - 20 feet; large trees - 25 feet, and no trees are to be planted closer than 15 feet to any public alley-way access; except in special plantings designed as approved by the Tree Commission.
