1024.01 RESIDENTIAL AREAS.

All concrete construction or repair in residential zoning districts shall comply with the guidelines and specifications contained in the document “Standard Specifications for the Inspection and Placement of Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks and Drive Aprons” provided by the City Engineer. All such improvements shall be inspected and approved by the City Engineer or his or her agent, as required in the said Standard Specifications.
