1020.05 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR STREET OPENINGS.

The City Engineer shall make, promulgate and publish Rules and Regulations governing the opening of public streets and public grounds, and all street openings and the restoration of the public streets and public grounds subsequent thereto shall be conducted and completed in strict compliance with such Rules and Regulations.
