864.18 ACCIDENT REPORTS.

All accidents arising from or in connection with the operation of taxicabs within the City limits of the City of Greenville, Ohio, shall be reported in strict compliance with applicable provisions of Ohio R.C. 4549.02 and 4549.021, as amended.
