The Auditor's office shall issue all licenses pursuant to this chapter, subject to the following conditions:
   (a)   If the potential licensee is one of several engaged by the same business:
      (1)   If the licensee(s) are direct employees (Receive W-2's for tax purposes) the employer shall be required to post one bond per Section 852.03 for every ten (or part of ten) employees; or
      (2)   If the licensee(s) are independent contract employees, (Receive 1099's for tax purposes) the employer shall furnish an individual bond for each licensee per Section 852.03.
   (b)   At the discretion of the Auditor's office, the license may not be effective for up to 24 hours after the time of issue.
   (c)   Each licensee shall provide a government issued photo identification card which includes the current address of the applicant, which shall be copied by the Auditor and kept of record for not less than three years after expiration of the bond.
   (d)   Each licensee shall provide a thumb print for the Auditor's record which shall be kept of record for the same duration as required in division (c) of this section.
   (e)   Use of the license shall be restricted to the hours of 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
   (f)   The employer of each licensee must provide a permanent address and tax employer identification number for the business involved.
   (g)   A separate license and fee shall be required for each itinerant vendor.
