844.02 INVESTIGATING COMMITTEE CREATED.

There is hereby created a special investigating committee composed of the Mayor, the Director of Public Service and the Fire Chief, whose duty it shall be to investigate applications for permits to drill wells for oil or gas in the City or on any City owned or leased property.
