806.04 NONLIABILITY OF CITY.

Nothing in this chapter, nor the existence of any other fact, shall be construed to require a response, by public safety personnel operated by or in conjunction with the City, to any address or location registering an alarm through the use of an alarm system. The City neither assumes nor bears any liability for any failure to respond to any such alarm signal.
