804.02 MAYOR'S SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

Every license and permit issued by the City Auditor, the Director of Public Service or any other City official, pursuant to any provision of this Title Two - Business Regulations, shall, before issuance, be signed by the Mayor in conformity with Ohio R.C. 733.30.
