(a) The Greenville Municipal Buildings, Annex, and any buildings owned or operated by the City shall be a tobacco free building and no person shall engage in the use of tobacco products therein.
(b) Wherever there shall appear in a building owned or operated by the City a distinctive sign bearing the words "Tobacco Free Building", the said areas shall be deemed to be tobacco free areas such that no person shall be permitted to engage in the use of tobacco products in such designated tobacco free areas.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for any subsequent offense within one year from the date of the original conviction.
