The City shall provide a metallic tag and seal together with a corresponding registration card showing the registered number stamped thereon in consecutive order commencing with the number one. The tag shall be suitable for attachment upon the frame of each bicycle, shall be attached to and sealed upon the frame of each bicycle by the Fire Department, and shall remain so attached at all times during the existence and validity of the registration.
