454.10   COMMERCIAL LOADING ZONES.
   (a)   The following designated parking meter spaces shall be designated as commercial loading zones: 302 and 303.
   (b)   Hours of operation as commercial loading zones for the parking spaces identified by numbers 302 and 303 shall be restricted to Tuesdays from the hours of 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
