If a parking ticket issued pursuant to this chapter remains unpaid for more than ten days after the date of issuance thereof, such nonpayment shall constitute the offense of nonpayment of a parking violation for each day on which such issued parking ticket remains unpaid for more than ten days after the issuance of each such ticket. Whoever commits such offense is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each such offense.
