454.04 PARKING PROHIBITED IN PARKING SPACE.

Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter, no person, including the owner or operator, shall park a vehicle in a parking space when otherwise directed by a police officer or fireman or when parking is prohibited by properly posted signs.
