412.05 PERMIT FOR PARADES OR BLOCKING OFF STREET AREAS.

(a) No organization or group of persons shall parade upon the streets or block off any street area without first obtaining a permit from the Chief of Police.

(b) The permit shall designate the route over which the parade shall be permitted or the area to be blocked off. The permit shall be issued without a fee.
