404.05 APPLICATION TO DRIVERS OF GOVERNMENT VEHICLES.

The provisions of this Traffic Code shall apply to the driver of any vehicle owned by or used in the service of the United States government, any state or political subdivision thereof, or any municipality, except as otherwise provided by law.
