250.06   COMPOSITION OF UTILITIES DEPARTMENT.
   The Utilities Department personnel shall consist of not more than the following:
   (a)   One Utility Office Manager.
   (b)   One Account Clerk II.
   (c)   One Utility Clerk I, Storm Water Utility.
