250.04 CUSTODIAN AND MAINTENANCE PERSON.

(a) There is hereby created the position of Custodian and Maintenance Person in the Department of Public Service. The duties of the Custodian and Maintenance Person shall be those assigned by the Director of Public Service.

(b) The Custodian and Maintenance Person shall receive compensation, payable bi- weekly, as provided for from time to time by Council.
