248.02   AUXILIARY FIRE-FIGHTERS.
   (a)   There is hereby established a voluntary organization to be known as the Greenville Auxiliary Fire-Fighters.
   (b)   The Mayor and the Fire Chief are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement between the City and the Greenville Auxiliary Fire-Fighters.
