244.08 MERGER OF OFFICES OF SAFETY AND SERVICE DIRECTORS.

Effective January 1, 1992, the office of the Director of Public Safety shall be merged with that of the Director of Public Service, with the Director of said merged office to be appointed by the Mayor, all pursuant to Ohio R.C. 733.03.
