244.02 CERTIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY LIST.

The three persons certified by the Civil Service Commission pursuant to Section 244.01 shall be ascertained in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 124.44 and 124.45, as the same may, from time to time, be amended.
