(a) The engineering department personnel shall consist of not more than the following:
(1) One City Engineer
(2) One Engineering Technician I
(3) Two Engineering Technician II
(4) One Engineering Administrative Secretary.
(b) The Street Department personnel shall consist of not more than the following:
(1) One Superintendent
(2) One Street Foreman
(3) Seven Maintenance Workers
(4) One Secretary to the Street Superintendent
(5) One Mechanic.
(6) One Part-Time Street Sweeper.
(7) Two Maintenance Crew Leaders.
(8) One Sewer Maintenance Crew Leader.
(9) Three Part-Time Maintenance Workers.
