234.10 FIRE LOSS CLAIMS.

(a) The procedures and principals set forth in Ohio R.C. 3929.86(C) and (D) (payment of fire loss claims) are hereby approved, authorized and adopted by the City of Greenville, Ohio.

(b) The City Auditor is hereby designated as the Municipal officer to carry out the duties of Ohio R.C. 3929.86.
