234.04 CREDITING INTEREST ON INVESTMENTS.

(a) Effective retroactively from and after November 1, 1996, the interest earnings from all funds invested as provided in their Bond Indentures, applicable therefor, which shall be credited to their respective funds, shall be credited to the General Fund.

(b) Any other funds specifically covered by Federal or State statute or by special ordinances shall be credited accordingly.
