(a) There is hereby established an account to be known as the "Mayor's Economic Development Account."
(b) Expenditures from the Mayor's Economic Development Account shall be made solely for purposes deemed to be in support of the promotion of economic development within the City limits.
(c) All expenditures authorized by the Mayor from such Account shall be accompanied by receipts or other appropriate documentation, and such receipts or other approriate documentation shall be submitted to the Auditor of the City.
(d) Any anticipated expenditure from such Account which is anticipated to be in excess of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be preceded by the entry of a purchase order, which shall be processed in the normal order of business.
