In order to fully implement the provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), there is hereby established an ADA Advisory Council, composed of representatives from elected officials, the disabled community, business or nonprofit sectors, education and the health/medical profession. Members shall be appointed by the Mayor, as ratified and approved by Council.
