214.04 DESIGNATION OF RESPONSIBLE USERS.

When a machine is installed within a department, the manager of that department will designate a responsible user for the upkeep of information concerning that machine. Should the designated user be transferred or leave the City, another user shall be identified immediately for the operational responsibility of that machine.
